Whilst we take every precaution available, frames can sometimes break during the glazing process. We haven’t broken any beyond repair to date and we don’t envisage this ever being the case. However, if a frame breaks during the glazing process, we will repair it at our cost and your frames will be returned to you without trace of remedial work. Your product will be with you within 7-10 working days. Please email us your prescription once purchased.
